Former Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (Telugu Desam Party Launch Campaign) and Nara Chandra Babu Naidu(as Chairman of Karshaka Parishad) Visited Ankapur village in the year 1983 and 1988 respectively.
